Abstract

This paper shows the important place that happiness has in Emmanuel Kant´s thought, and reminds that happiness, as well as, virtue, conforms the supreme good for the German philosopher: every man seeks happiness as well as moral good. On the other side, this article explains the reasons why happiness is not the basis of moral, nevertheless it must join each moral action, since the most important thing is to act with pleasure and not for pleasure.
